Common Vision Tour @ The Marquis, 8/8/14

I love shooting small shows like this, and thankfully, this was my second time getting to shoot My Iron Lung, Being As An Ocean and Handguns this year and I was super excited to photograph them again.

Last time My Iron Lung was in town, I got to chat with them a bit and they're really great people, so I was really glad to get a chance to take some photos of them and I'm really happy with how they turned out. Some of the other bands on this bill were harder to shoot, especially at such a small venue like the marquis and especially because I hadn't shot them before (especially Forever Came Calling) but I'm still pretty happy with most of these images! I also always meet some amazing people at these shows, and I'm completely overwhelmed with all of the positive feedback on all of the photos I've posted so far! I'm sorry I can't get photos of all of you, but I will try my best next time!

The guys in Handguns also saved my butt before this show, because when I got to the venue, they didn't have me down for a photo pass and Handguns totally hooked it up! They're great people. If the Common Vision Tour is coming anywhere near you, I highly suggest going!
